I’m Sudarshan Sampath, a product and engineering leader working on AI, data, and developer platforms.
Over the past 12 years, I have worked across startups and large technology organizations, including Unstructured, Amazon, Expedia, and PayScale. Across those environments, the pattern has stayed consistent: build the underlying systems well, make them usable, and help teams move from promising technology to durable products.
I work across product strategy, engineering, product marketing, and developer experience. My strength is taking technically ambiguous problems, finding the customer and business truth inside them, and turning that into a clear product direction.
